Sambar Recipe
- Cook toor dal and set aside.
- Cook vegetables such as pumpkin, brinjal, beans, potato, tomatoes, carrot, and onion.
- Add salt and tamarind as required.
- Add the cooked toor dal to the vegetables and allow the mixture to boil together.
- Add the desired quantity of ‘GRAHINI SAMBAR POWDER’ and continue boiling.
- Temper with mustard seeds.
