Sambar Recipe

  • Cook toor dal and set aside.
  • Cook vegetables such as pumpkin, brinjal, beans, potato, tomatoes, carrot, and onion.
  • Add salt and tamarind as required.
  • Add the cooked toor dal to the vegetables and allow the mixture to boil together.
  • Add the desired quantity of ‘GRAHINI SAMBAR POWDER’ and continue boiling.
  • Temper with mustard seeds.
