Pulav Recipe

Ingredients : Coriander, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay leaves, Cumin, Red chilies, Jeera (Cumin seeds), Black pepper.

Ingredients Required : Basmati rice, Ghee, Onion, Carrot, Ginger garlic paste, Green peas, Coriander leaves, Salt to taste, Grahini Pulav Masala.

  • Cook 400 grams of rice and set aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add 100 grams of “GRAHINI PULIOGARE MIX” and mix well.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
  • No need to add salt.
