Puliogare

Puliogare is a south Indian rice preparation usually eaten as a snack. Puliogare is also known as ‘Huli anna’ Which means ‘Sour rice’ in many parts of Karnataka. It is traditionally made using steamed or boiled Rice mixed with tamarind juice, peanuts coriander, Coconut, Red chilli, Curry leaves, Jaggery, Pepper, Mustard seeds, Turmeric, asafoetida and Cumin.”Grahini” puliogare mix is a perfect Blend of all the above ingridents which is very simple and effortless to prepare.

Method :

  • Cook 400gms of rice and keep aside.
  • Now heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan
  • When the oil gets heated add 100gms of “GRAHINI PULIOGARE MIX” and mix well.
  • Now add rice and mix again.
  • No need to add salt.
