Coriander (Corianderum Sativum) also known as cilantro is an Annual herb, Coriander is a native to Southern Iurope and North Africa and Asia. The Leaves are Variously reffered to as Coriander Leaves and are used in many Indian Cooking.
The Dry fruits are known as Coriander It is described as warm, nutty, spicy and orange flavoured. Coriander seeds is used to prepare garam masala and other Indian Curries. It is the main Ingredient of two south Indian dishes, Sambar and Rasam Coriander seeds are Boiled with water and drunk as indigerous medicines for cold.
